Garlicky Dill Tahini

 ¼ cup raw tahini
 ¼ cup water
 1 tbsp garlic powder
 2 tsp dried dill
 2 tsp lemon juice
 1 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
 Pink Himalayan salt, to taste

Whisk together all the ingredients, except dill, until smooth and creamy.

Stir in dill.
